フランス語で鏡と名付けられた“miroir”は、刺繍で表現されたひし形の図案が規則的に並ぶテキスタイル。鏡の中に迷い込んだような、どこまでも続くシンメトリーなモチーフは東欧のタイルやステンドグラスのようにも感じられます。広がりのある図案が映えるプレーンな型のスカートに仕立てました。コントラストを効かせた配色がどこかエキゾチックな表情に映ります。
"Miroir" named mirror in French is a textile in which patterns
of rhombuses expressed by embroidery are regularly arranged. As symmetrical
motifs that seem to get lost in the mirror, continuing symmetrical motifs are
also felt like Eastern Europe tiles and stained glasses. Tailored to be a plain
type skirt with a spreading pattern. The contrasting color scheme reflects on
an exotic expression somewhere.

ゴム判に筆で色付けをする手法で描かれた風景に、フリーハンドで鉛筆で描いた縦のラインを組み合わせたテキスタイル“one day”。コットンの強撚糸で織り上げたドライな質感のカットソープルーオーバーをつくりました。風景の中に一人女の子を描き、広い森の中の静かな一日を切り取ったような、描かれていない部分にも想像が広がるようなデザインに仕上げています。色づけた筆のタッチやかすれまで細かく表現されています。
Textile "one day" combining vertical lines drawn with pencils
in freehand into a landscape drawn with a brush stroking technique on the
rubber style. I made a cut texture with a dry texture woven with strong twisted
yarn of cotton. I draw a girl in the landscape and finish it in a design that
spreads the imagination even in a part that is not drawn, such as cutting off a
quiet day in a wide forest. It is expressed finely to touch and fade of colored
brush.

広い森の中の静かな一日を切り取ったような、2018-19AWコレクションで発表された“one day”から、図案に描かれたトナカイをぬいぐるみに仕立てました。足元に広がる柔らかな草花を眺めているような表情が愛らしい一品。手作業で丁寧に作られるジャカードコーデュロイの生地で作りました。
From the "one day" announced at the 2018-19 AW collection,
which seems to have cut off a quiet day in the wide forest, we made a reindeer
drawn on the design into a stuffed toy. A facial expression looking like a soft
flower spreading at your feet is a lovely dish. I made it from Jacquard
corduroy fabric which is carefully made by hand.
